We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Offensive Skills Coach to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and implement effective offensive skills training programs for athletes of various skill levels.

• Individual and Group Coaching: Provide personalized coaching sessions to athletes and lead group training sessions to enhance offensive skills.

• Skill Assessment: Conduct skill assessments to evaluate the strengths and areas of improvement for each athlete.

• Player Development: Focus on the holistic development of players, fostering both technical skills and a positive mindset.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other coaches and staff members to create a cohesive and comprehensive training environment.

• Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with athletes, parents, and the coaching staff.

Requirements: Football Expertise: In-depth knowledge of football offensive skills, strategies, and tactics.

Coaching Experience: Proven experience coaching football, with a focus on offensive skills development.

Experience with Kids: Previous experience working with children and a strong understanding of age-appropriate coaching techniques.

Location: Must reside in the NY/NJ area and be willing to commute to Queens, NY.

Passion for Development: A genuine passion for contributing to the development of young athletes, both on and off the field.

Certifications: Relevant coaching certifications and qualifications are a plus.
